Novel Ideas is our 6th-8th grade book group. A free copy of the book is provided for the first 8 participants. Light refreshments are served at every meeting.
This month we will be discussing Nic Blake and the Remarkables: The Manifestor's Prophecy by Angie Thomas.
For Nic Blake, the only thing she wants is to be a powerful Manifestor like her father. However, being a Remarkable is hard when you are not trusted to use magic in the Unremarkable world. Then a series of shocking events occur and its up to Nice and two of her friends to find a magical tool and rescue her father from being imprisoned.
