Who We Are
The Friends is a group that shares the common goal to build a partnership between the library and the community in pursuit of quality library services for all residents of Osage County. The Friends group encourages all members of the Osage community to join with the Friends. Together we can accomplish great things.
How to Become a Member
Fill out a membership application form and mail it with your membership fee to the address below, or leave it with your membership fee at the circulation desk of the Osage County Library. Membership is open to any individual, family or organization that wishes to support the Osage County Library.

What We Do
Since 2003, FOCL has been promoting and supporting the Osage County Library in a variety of ways, including contributions of new materials, shelving, furniture and programming services just to name a few.
FOCL Book Sales
The Friends of the Osage County Library hold book sales multiple times throughout the year that benefit the library. The Friends accept donations of books, games, puzzles, DVDs and CDs year round for the sales which now take place at the Osage County Library.
