Reserving this Room

Groups are permitted to the room no more than once per month for regularly scheduled meetings. Meeting rooms may be schedule for the current year. No meetings, set-up or clean-up may begin before or extend after regular library hours. The Library assumes no responsibility for any materials or items left on premises. Use of the rooms does not constitute endorsement by the Library. No advertisement or endorsement will be permitted, including use of name or logo of the Library. If a meeting is cancelled, please notify the Library as soon as possible. The Library is committed to compliance with the Americans with Disability Act. Reasonable modifications will be provided upon prior request.

Tables and chairs for this meeting room are available upon request. Groups are responsible for set-up and clean-up and must return all furniture to the rear storage area. There are 40 chairs and 6 tables available for this room.
