Event Description

This is a home-based early intervention program, Families First, that is designed for families with children who are deaf/hard of hearing from birth through age eight. Our program is non-profit and funded through a grant to provide services to families state-wide at no cost to the families. One of the activity within our grant is to provide language experience activities regionally so that families can come together to learn strategies, share experiences and connect with other similar families in their area.

I need a space that can hold up to 12 families to engage in a story time and then participate in the 3-4 learning centers associated with the story that our program will set up as well as opportunities for the families to connect with each other in the mid-Missouri region.
