The Words and the Works of the Women Who Made America Independent

Come celebrate Women's History Month and hear the words of the women who were integral participants in the birth of our country during its founding 250 years ago. Men, like Washington and Jefferson, receive most of the credit, but numerous women had an important place in our history at the start of an independent country. The Daughters and the Sons of the American Revolution will tell the life stories of the women who were equally important in establishing the USA.
