The Coronavirus pandemic has given rise to "new and improved" online scams. With all that's out there in cyberspace, who can you trust? This program will cover the current threats, ransomware, phishing and phone spoofing. The presenters will include Cole Holloway, vice president/information technology director for Midwest Independent Bank (MIB), and Jon Booth, information security administrator, also at MIB. They will provide an overview of these scams and explain how you can protect yourself from becoming the next victim of fraud.
