Rejuvenate your mind and body. All shapes, sizes and abilities are welcome. Bring a mat (or towel) to class if you have one, but these are not required. Drop-ins welcome. No charge – library program.
Bring your favorite book to read to a trained therapy dog (TDI-Therapy Dogs International). Grover will be in the Children's department on March 4th and 18th, 5:30-6:30 pm. He can't wait to hear your story!
