Tai Chi for Arthritis for Fall Prevention is an exercise program recommended by the CDC to benefit overall well-being.

Many of us are familiar with using Canva for graphic design, but it's a great program for creating presentations, too. Join us as we explore different techniques for making your presentation interesting and unique. Attend in person or virtually.

Tech Time is a new program offered by the library that offers one-on-one technology help to patrons, no sign-up necessary. Just walk in with your device or questions, and we can do what we can to assist!

Join us in the Woodland Art Gallery of the Osage Branch for stories, songs and a whole lot of fun! Recommended for preschool ages.  No reservations needed. 

Bring your favorite book to read to a trained therapy dog (TDI-Therapy Dogs International). Raina and River will be in the Children's department on May 14th and 28th, 11:00 am - 12:00 pm. They can't wait to hear your story!

Reading Heroes is a program providing one-on-one reading enrichment sessions for kids who've completed grades K-2.  These sessions are led by a retired reading teacher and are available in half hour increments from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Join us for some fun and friendly Bridge gameplay every Thursday! All skill levels and new players welcome. 

Genealogist Laura Loyborg hosts genealogy help sessions each Thursday. There will be a lesson, Q&A time, handouts, and individually-assisted research help.

Three 1-hour sessions at 1:00, 2:00, 3:00 p.m. are offered on the first and third Saturdays of each month.

Come pick up a free box of produce in the parking lot at the Osage County Library.  This is courtesy of the LFPA (Local Food Purchase Cooperative Agreement Program) and The Community Partnership of Rolla.  

"Technology for Life" is a series of workshops that seek to build, improve, and reinforce technology knowledge and skills, with the goal of enhancing participants' day-to-day life.

Kids, come to the library to make a few origami crafts out of various strips of paper and colored circles.

Join us for our Junk Journaling Group! Each month, Alexandria A., a local Junk Journaling Pro, will show us a new technique and then we'll get to incorporate it in our junk journaling time!

Scott and Cathy Smith established Lavender Rhapsody in central Missouri in 2006. Their 40-acre lavender farm features 14 different varieties, and they offer many events and programs during the bloom season as well as U-pick options.

This month we will be discussing the book How to Stay Invisible by Maggie C. Rudd, which is a Mark Twain Nominees for 2025-26.

We meet twice each month, 6:15-7:45 p.m. on the first and third Thursdays in the Truman Room.

Join us in a riveting game of Book (and Plant) Bingo where you play bingo to win books (or plants)! The plants are provided in partnership with the Central Missouri Master Gardeners!
