Outside group visit to the library for activities.

Choose from three sessions:

9:30-10 a.m.

10:15-10:45 a.m.

Drop in and enjoy an open learning and play time featuring a variety of sensory and activity stations. This event is offered on the third Tuesday of every month.

For ages 6-12. Reservations required and limited to 25 participants. An introductory karate demonstration and class led by The Art of Martial Arts Dojo.

Join us in the Woodland Art Gallery of the Osage Branch for stories, songs and a whole lot of fun! Recommended for preschool ages.  No reservations needed. 

Come out to the Osage County Library to create your own Mini Fairy Garden to bring home.  The library will provide all of the supplies including various containers, succulents, and fun decorations for the gardens.  Bring your imagination

Caring Connections is a monthly event where local agencies will be at the library to offer a variety of services to families in need, all in one location.

Reading Heroes is a program providing one-on-one reading enrichment sessions for kids who've completed grades K-2.  These sessions are led by a retired reading teacher and are available in half hour increments from 1:30 - 5:30 p.m.

Bring your favorite book to read to a trained therapy dog (TDI-Therapy Dogs International). Raina will be in the Children's department from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. on April 5th, and 3:00-4:00 p.m. on April 19. She can't wait to hear your story!

For grades 1-5. Trace and color the shadows produced by light shining on a variety of items, creating unique works of art. If the weather (and sun) is nice, we will be having this event in the library's park area.

For grades 1-5. No reservations needed. Create a marshmallow catapult using a variety of provided materials, and then complete challenges using your creation.
