Are you an adventurer at heart? Play Dungeons & Dragons with us! The excitement is real and the escapades are never-ending! You might stomp your way through an army of orcs, or go on a noble quest to rescue a whole town. You decide!

Join us in the Woodland Art Gallery of the Osage Branch for stories, songs and a whole lot of fun! Recommended for preschool ages.  No reservations needed. 

We will make a windsock you can hang outside.

Calling all Osage Teens!!!  Come to the Osage County Library with your friends to enjoy video gaming, board gaming, pizza, and snacks.  Open to grades 6th-12th.  Reserve your spot now!

NOTE: This is an after-hours event. The library doors will be closed at 6:15 p.m.

Come create your own barn quilt to bring home with you! Sally Philips will have 4 different barn quilt designs for you to choose from. A $10 fee is required to be paid no later than March 2. All supplies will be provided.

For families with young children. No reservations needed. Bring your favorite small toy car to drive along roads as you visit the different parts of Tape Town.

If you've ever needed to take a look at old Missouri newspapers, this class is for you! Whether you're a genealogist, a researcher or an amateur historian, there's a lot you can learn from the library's newspaper databases.

Reading Heroes is a program providing one-on-one reading enrichment sessions for kids who are enrolled in grades K-2.  These sessions are led by a retired reading teacher and are available by appointment in half hour increments from 10:30 am

Before Jefferson City became the Capital, hotels shaped its story. As the town grew from frontier roots, places like the City Hotel served travelers, lawmakers, and locals for more than 80 years.

Tech Time is a program offered by the library that offers one-on-one technology help to patrons, no sign-up necessary. Just walk in with your device or questions, and we will do what we can to assist!

Bring your sewing machine and works in progress and come sew and chat in the company of others! Who knows? You might even learn some new tips and tricks! 

Film study group

Rejuvenate your mind and body. All shapes, sizes and abilities are welcome. Bring a mat (or towel) to class if you have one, but these are not required. Drop-ins welcome. No charge – library program.
