Tech Time is a new program offered by the library that offers one-on-one technology help to patrons, no sign-up necessary. Just walk in with your device or questions, and we can do what we can to assist!
For ages 3-5. Stories and songs in the library's park area (High St. side of the building).
If the weather is not cooperating, we will meet in the library's Art Gallery.
Ages 3-5. No reservations needed. Stories and music for preschoolers.
For ages 6-12. Reservations required and limited to 25 participants. An introductory karate demonstration and class led by The Art of Martial Arts Dojo.
Join us each weekday in June from 12-4 p.m. through June 27, when the bookmobile visits Ellis-Porter Riverside Park in cooperation with Jefferson City Parks & Receation.

Reading Buddies at Missouri River Regional Library is a literacy-based program that pairs emerging readers from kindergarten through second grade with teen volunteers. Buddies will meet once a week to read together and do group activities.

Dr. Gary Hill made national headlines when he opened Lincoln University's Law Enforcement Training Academy, the first of its kind at an HBCU. This project is part of his larger passion in providing public safety to communities across the country.
Novel Ideas is our 6th-8th grade book group. A free copy of the book is provided for the first 8 participants. Light refreshments are served at every meeting.
