Rejuvenate your mind and body. All shapes, sizes and abilities are welcome. Bring a mat (or towel) to class if you have one, but these are not required. Drop-ins welcome. No charge – library program.

Note: On the second Wednesday of each month, the class will end at 6:00 to make time for a program setup.
