Program Description


Walk With Ease offers stretching and strengthening exercises, tips for walking safely and comfortably, health education information, personalized walking routines, and a certified walking leader.  It has been proven to help people build confidence to be physically active, improve flexibility, strength and stamina, and reduce pain.  Walking can help you gain all the benefits of exercise, from weight loss to stress control.  Best of all, it's FREE!  MU Extension is partnering with us to provide this programming for our older adults.  Class runs on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays June 21-July 31.
