A special time for babies and their caregivers featuring music, movement and socialization. For children 2 and under, and their caregivers. No reservations needed.

Choose from three sessions:

9:30-10 a.m.

Ages 3-6. No reservations needed. Music and movement for children and their caregivers. Two classes for different age groups. 10:30-11:00 (0-3 yrs. old). 11:15-12:00 (3-6 yrs. old). No reservations needed.

Drop in and enjoy an open learning and play time featuring a variety of sensory and activity stations. This event is offered on the third Tuesday of every month.

Representatives from KidSight will be here to offer quick, free vision screening for children six and under.

Tech Time is a new program offered by the library that offers one-on-one technology help to patrons, no sign-up necessary. Just walk in with your device or questions, and we can do what we can to assist!

September 16 is National Voter Regiistration Day! NAACP and MRRL will be registering voters from 11-7 p.m. in the library's lobby.

No reservations needed. Bring your Pokemon cards to the library and challenge someone to a friendly duel. This is not a tournament. All skill levels are welcome. For those new to the game, someone will be available to demonstrate how to play.

Reading Heroes is a program providing one-on-one reading enrichment sessions for kids who've completed grades K-2.  These sessions are led by a retired reading teacher and are available in half hour increments from 1:00 - 5:00 p.m.

Join us for some fun and friendly Bridge gameplay every Thursday! All skill levels and new players welcome. 

Genealogist Laura Loyborg hosts genealogy help sessions each Thursday. There will be a lesson, Q&A time, handouts, and individually-assisted research help. No registration is required for Thursday classes.

Looking for your next great read? Instead of reading the same book each month, members read a book of their own choice related to the theme of the month. The theme for September is Anthropomorphize Much? We can't wait to hear what you read!

Have you ever wanted to create your own website, but don't know where to begin? In this class, we'll go over your options for how to build a website, from choosing a domain name to customizing your site, and more. Attend in person or virtually.

Want to customize your clothes? Want to patch a hole or cover a stain with a pretty design? Join us as we learn the basic stitches to embroidery and practice them together. 

This event is for teens. Reservations required.

Ages 7-12. Registration required and limited to 12 spots. Create an electronic alarm, power a helicopter blade, or design other simple electronics using kits.

Spend some time having fun and making music. Regardless of how much experience you have, bring a ukulele and join the group!

We meet twice each month, 6:15-7:45 p.m. on the first and third Thursdays in the Truman Room.
