Kids in the Kitchen is a fun hands-on program offered by the University of Missouri Extension that teaches kids how to prepare simple recipes and encourages them to be active and to eat healthier meals and snacks.

Reading Heroes is a program providing one-on-one reading enrichment sessions for kids who are enrolled in grades K-2.  These sessions are led by a retired reading teacher and are available by appointment in half hour increments from 10:30 am

Join us for our Junk Journaling Group! Each month, Alexandria A., a local Junk Journaling Pro, will show us a new technique and then we'll get to incorporate it in our junk journaling time!

The book we'll be discussing at our May meeting is The Otherwhere Post by Emily J. Taylor. 

Join a horticultural specialist from MU Extension as we explore tomato production in the home garden. Program topics include suitable environment, planting methods, soil management, and insect-pests and disease management.
