iCook is a program series offered by the University of Missouri Extension. It is intended for children between the ages of 8 and 12, and the adult who prepares their meals. Registration is for a seven-class series that will meet twice a week.

Rejuvenate your mind and body. All shapes, sizes and abilities are welcome. Bring a mat (or towel) to class if you have one, but these are not required. Drop-ins welcome. No charge – library program.
