Join us at the Osage County Library for an opportunity to explore reflexology.  Elizabeth Vasquez Baker from A Healing Touch Through Elizabeth's Reflexology will be available for a free 15 appointment to massage your hands or feet. She is a certified Reflexologist and Peruvian LPN.

Reflexology promotes balance and normalization of the body naturally, it reduces stress and brings about relaxation, and it also assists in the improvement of circulation, which delivers the oxygen and nutrients to the cells.
