Readers Theatre

The Missouri River Regional Library Foundation in Jefferson City would like to take you back to a time when life seemed pretty simple for those growing up! Years when the entire family would gather around the radio in the living room every night. Join us for a series of four live old-time era performances just the way you would have heard them on the radio from the 1930s and 1940s. Back by popular demand: a selection of mystery, crime, and terror! Perfect for an October evening!

Reader's Theatre performances will be Friday, October 11th and Saturday, October 12th. Doors open at 6:30pm both nights with performances beginning at 7:00pm. Missouri wines and desserts will be served, as well as a chance to win a door prize! 

Tickets are $18 in advance, or $20 at the door. They can be purchased at the Library or online. 

This year's performances include: Dragnet: The Big Bounce, The Hermit's Cave: The Blackness of Terror, and Suspense: On A Country Road.
