Description
As we start the 250th anniversary celebration of our country's founding, the issues in debate before the signing of the Declaration of Independence will come alive. Historic re-enactors will discuss matters brought before The Second Continental Congress during its first 12 weeks in session in the summer of 1775. Newspapermen and pamphleteers from the colonies will be present to pose questions and debate the answers. Will the future course of events be independence from or reconciliation with King George III and Great Britain's Parliament?
