Reading Buddies Volunteers

Do you want to volunteer at the library this summer?

We are looking for teen volunteers, ages 12-18, to work with the Reading Buddies Program in June and July.

The Reading Buddies Program is a grant program that pairs teen volunteers with young struggling readers in kindergarten, first and second grades. The volunteers read with the children, do crafts, and play games once a week at the library.

Reading Buddies is a great opportunity to work with young children, get community service hours and give back to your community this summer. And you get a free t-shirt!
