 tips for walking safely and comfortably, health education information, per
 sonalized walking routines, and a certified walking leader.  It has been 
 proven to help people build confidence to be physically active, improve fl
 exibility, strength and stamina, and reduce pain.  Walking can help you g
 ain all the benefits of exercise, from weight loss to stress control.  Be
 st of all, it's FREE!  MU Extension is partnering with us to provide
  this programming for our older adults.  Class runs on Mondays, Wednesda
 ys, and Fridays June 21-July 31.\r\nRegistration required.
