Hyperbole and a half : unfortunate situations, flawed coping mechanisms, mayhem, and other things that happened by Allie Brosh

Usually I don’t care for ill-formed or unformed cartoon figures.  However, Brosh’s simply but colorful quirky characters (mostly herself and her dogs) really capture the dark humor of these essays.  My favorite pieces were when she wrote letters to her younger selves, her piece on struggling with depression, and trying to teach the dogs.
