Jeannie Worthen is a writer in mid-Missouri who has worked in State government and is now a full-time freelance writer. One of her many jobs gave her much experience in resume writing/grooming.

Did you know that you can check out, download and listen to audio books from MRRL without visiting the library? You do need to come in to the library to create your account, but after that, all the checking out, listening and returning can be done from the comfort of your own computer.

March 18: NICKLE AND DIMED (2001), by Barbara Ehrenreich. Book discussion. Ms. Ehrenreich’s award-winning and highly-acclaimed book is Lincoln University’s campus-wide read this year.

The Library will be hosting a The Power of Now: a guide to spiritual enlightenment book discussion group starting Tuesday February 5th at 2pm and proceed each week following (same day and time) for 10 weeks. We meet in the Library Annex Meeting Room.
