Readers Theater is back!

The golden age of radio-the period when radio reached its peak in the 1930's and 40's. Part of this period was during the Great Depression when people were doing without most luxuries, and even a few necessities.

War of the Worlds and the Lost World come to the Library

On Friday, October 2 and Saturday, October 3 at 7:30pm, the classics "War of the Worlds" and "The Lost World" will be performed as a Readers' Theatre Production. Mark Wegman is returning as the director (for those of you who saw the previous two Readers' Theatre productions, you know he does a great job) and the tickets are already on sale - $10.00 each (for ages 10 and up) - at the library.

Tuesdays With Morrie was a constant on the New York Times Bestseller List for more than for years. This is the autobiographical story of Mitch Albom, a journalist driven solely by his career, and Morrie Schwartz, his former college professor.
