Teen Event: Henna Art

Henna is a natural dye that has been used for thousands of years by a wide variety of cultures, particularly in the Middle East and Southeast Asia.  When applied to the skin, designs can last for a week or two.  Join us on Thursday,  April 23rd at 7pm in the Story Hour Room for an evening of fun with henna.  We'll have traditional designs available, but you are more than welcome to create your own (it is your skin, after all).    Light refreshments will be served.

For more information, or to register, contact:  Courtney Waters, Teen Services Librarian, at 634-6064, ext. 248 or watersc@mrrl.org.
