March 18: NICKLE AND DIMED (2001), by Barbara Ehrenreich. Book discussion. Ms. Ehrenreich’s award-winning and highly-acclaimed book is Lincoln University’s campus-wide read this year.

May 28: ANIMAL, VEGETABLE, MIRACLE (2007), by Barbara Kingsolver. Book discussion. Join us for a discussion of novelist Kingsolver’s non-fiction work, recounting the year that her family lived only on home-grown or locally produced foods. This fascinating and informative work has received much critical acclaim, including a starred review (most highly recommended) by Publisher’s Weekly.
