Looking for a particular ebook at MRRL?

You might just be disappointed... Last week, another big publishing company (Penguin) decided to stop making their ebooks available to libraries - at all. There are now 5 major publishers who have made the decision to not allow library patrons to borrow their books in ebook format. As a smallish library, there isn't much we can do alone - but if you would like to join us in asking the publishers who refuse to sell their ebooks to us - and, as a result, make them unavailable for you to check out - please use the addresses below to send them a letter asking them to support our public libraries. As libraries, we help get the word out about their books by featuring them in book discussions, showcasing them in book displays and recommending them to patrons who ask us what they should read next.
