Newbery and Caldecott winners announced

The Newberry and Caldecott winners were announced this week. When You Reach Me by Rebecca Stead is the 2010 Newbery Medal winner and The Lion and the Mouse by Jerry Pinkney is the 2010 Caldecott Medal winner.

The 2010-2011 Mark Twain Award and Show Me Award nominees have also been anounced. You can find a list of all the nominees on our Mark Twain and Show Me Award pages.
