 The Missouri River Regional Library offers free delivery of books and other materials to residents of Cole and Osage Counties who have difficulty coming to the library due to age, illness, or physical disability.  To sign up, just fill out an application, and a member of our Outreach staff will be in touch.  If you have any questions call 573-634-6064 ext. 239 or 240 or 1-800-949-READ.

Osage County Library Computer Lab

Our Public Computer Center (PCC) offers 6 Internet computers and one children's game computer that are available for use by the public. These computers (except for the children's machine) have the following programs:

  • Microsoft Office 2003
  • Word
  • Excel
  • PowerPoint
  • Access
  • Publisher

In addition to office software, we also carry the following:

  • ADA Accessible Computers
  • Graphics Workstation
  • Scanner

Computer Use Policy

Rules For Acceptable Use of the PCC

Introduction

This policy regulates non-Internet use of all computers in the Missouri River Regional Library Public Computer Center. It outlines the library's objectives for the public Computer Center and the responsibilities assumed by the patrons who use it. A similar policy, the Public computer Center Internet Use Policy, performs the same function for Internet use and may be read in of this document. By using the resources in the Public Computer Center, patrons agree to abide by both policies.
